Wartner Historic Preservation works with public agencies, nonprofit stewards, and private owners to support informed preservation planning through condition assessment and architectural history research.

The firm brings over 18 years of international experience in historic preservation, architectural history, with work completed in Europe and the United States.

Selected work includes documentation and research for historic structures such as the Rechentshofen women’s monastery (founded 1240), a sixteenth-century craftsman’s house in Aurich (1549), and the Church of St. John the Baptist in Magstadt (1511).
